Why Adventy

The local partner global teams keep coming back to.

Senior, hands-on, and based in Stockholm since 1987. By the time you land, we know your program inside-out — and your guests feel it. The result: corporate events that feel effortless, because someone took care.

01

Established since 1987

Nearly four decades of doing this one thing well. We've seen every season, every venue, every kind of request.

02

Local Nordic experts

Living and working in Sweden. We open doors that aren't on any booking platform — private islands, royal halls, off-grid lodges.

03

Full-service production

From first scoping call to final transfer. Venues, logistics, F&B, transport, branding, AV, talent — under one roof.

04

Sustainability built in

Local suppliers, low-impact logistics, climate-compensated travel. Sweden's environmental standards are ours by default.

05

Tailor-made experiences

No off-the-shelf itineraries. Every programme is designed around your culture, your goals, and your people.

06

International project management

Trusted by corporate planners, global brands and international agencies — to host their teams in Sweden with calm, craft and care.

Sustainability

The Nordic landscape is the experience, not the backdrop.

Sweden is one of the most sustainable destinations in the world, and we plan accordingly. Local suppliers, low-impact transport, climate-compensated travel, and long-term partnerships with the communities that host us.

  • Local Swedish suppliers, first and by default
  • Climate-compensated transport on every programme
  • Long-term partnerships, not extractive contracts
  • Nature-positive activities, not staged photo ops
Frequently asked

Answers from 38 years of events in Sweden and the Nordics.

The questions international planners ask us most — about budgets, seasons, sustainability, scale and what Sweden actually offers a corporate group.

  • A Destination Management Company (DMC) is a local agency that designs and operates events, incentives, conferences and corporate experiences on the ground for international clients. Adventy is one of Sweden's most established DMCs — founded in 1987, based in Stockholm, and active across the entire country.

  • Because Sweden rewards local knowledge. The best venues are not on public booking platforms, the most interesting experiences need local relationships, and the weather, light and seasonality all shape what's actually possible. A DMC like Adventy turns a request into a programme that lands.

  • Stockholm and the archipelago lead for accessibility and venues. Swedish Lapland (Kiruna, Luleå, Abisko) is unmatched for winter incentives. Gothenburg and the West Coast are perfect for food-led programmes. Visby and Gotland are exceptional for summer galas, and Åre for alpine retreats.

  • Most international incentive programmes in Sweden land between €1,500 and €4,500 per person for a 3–4 day programme, excluding flights. The variables are season, region, venue exclusivity, and group size. Adventy provides indicative budgets within 48 hours of receiving your request.

  • May–September is the natural choice for archipelago, midsummer and outdoor programmes. November–March is peak season for Lapland and aurora-led incentives. Conferences run year-round; spring and autumn are the calmest windows for large city programmes.

  • Yes. We're headquartered in Sweden, but regularly extend programmes to Norway, Denmark and Finland through trusted local partners — useful for multi-country incentive routes or Nordic launch tours.

  • From intimate C-suite retreats of 8–15 people through to conferences and incentives of up to 2,000 guests. Our sweet spot is 40–600.

  • For incentives, 4–9 months ahead is ideal. Large conferences are typically scoped 9–18 months out. We've delivered exceptional programmes on a 6-week turnaround when the request required it.

  • Yes — a meaningful share of our work is white-labelled delivery for international agencies and DMC partners. We protect your client relationship and operate as a seamless extension of your team.

  • English is our default working language. Project leads are also available in Swedish, German, French and Spanish.

  • Yes. We offer venue sourcing as a standalone service across Sweden, with honest recommendations based on what your group actually needs — not affiliate incentives.

  • Fully. Arrivals, transfers, internal flights, private flights, coaches, private boats, sleds and snowmobiles. One logistics lead, one point of contact, one accountable team.

  • Sweden ranks among the safest countries in the world, with excellent infrastructure, healthcare, English fluency and political stability — making it one of the most reliable incoming destinations in Europe.

  • Scale and variety. You can run a tech conference in central Stockholm, a sailing day in the archipelago, a forest dinner in Småland and an aurora chase in Lapland — all within one country, one currency, and one DMC. Most affordable in Scandinavia.

  • Sustainability is the default, not an add-on. Local suppliers, climate-compensated travel, low-impact venues, plant-forward menus and long-term community partnerships are baked into how we plan.

  • Yes — from sailing regattas and archipelago challenges to ice driving, husky sledding, forest cooking, sauna circuits and creative workshops with Swedish makers. Always designed around the group, never off the shelf.

  • Sweden offers more capacity, more venue variety, easier logistics from continental Europe, and a stronger urban-meets-nature mix than Iceland or Norway. It's also more cost-efficient at scale.

  • Yes. We run conference production end-to-end including AV, simultaneous interpretation, hybrid streaming and stage design — usually with our long-standing Swedish production partners.

  • We've delivered programmes for global tech leaders, gaming studios, professional networks, automotive groups, financial institutions and consumer brands — including Meta, LinkedIn, King, and many more.
