Challenge
Welcome 120 German partners to Stockholm for the annual Top Partner Event — combining productive business sessions with authentic Swedish experiences across multiple days, all set against the archipelago.
Solution
A full-service incoming programme based at Smådalarö Gård: themed Midsummer evening, RIB-boat archipelago adventure via Grand Hôtel Saltsjöbaden to Artipelag, and a forest-inspired farewell night with live performers and barbecue.
Result
A seamless multi-day experience that balanced meetings, networking and celebration — and put the very best of Stockholm and the archipelago on stage for every guest.
Experiencing Swedish traditions
The event began with a themed Midsummer evening, introducing guests to one of Sweden's most beloved traditions. Surrounded by the archipelago landscape, participants enjoyed traditional music, folk dancers, garden games, classic drinking songs and a generous Swedish Midsummer buffet. The evening concluded on the terrace with strawberries and cream while guests enjoyed the long Nordic summer sunset.

Meetings, adventure and local discovery
Business sessions and meetings were balanced with carefully selected experiences that highlighted the destination and encouraged interaction. Following the conference programme, guests embarked on an archipelago adventure by RIB boat with a stop at Grand Hôtel Saltsjöbaden for local market-inspired experiences and networking, before continuing through the waterways towards Artipelag.
An evening inspired by the Swedish forest
The final evening took place at Artipelag, where guests were welcomed into an immersive setting inspired by the Swedish forest. Arriving through the woodland pathways, participants encountered live performers who brought elements of Nordic folklore and nature to life. A barbecue dinner with local flavours, live entertainment and spectacular views across the archipelago created a memorable finale. A farewell coffee break served freshly made semlor — one final Swedish classic to round off their Stockholm experience.
