A Sweden incentive that beats another beach trip
Private-island summers, Arctic Northern Lights, ice-hotel nights and design-hotel city stays — designed and run end-to-end for your clients or partners and in-house reward teams sending their top performers north
Three incentive experiences that consistently stand out
Most incentive programmes are looking for something beyond another beach destination. These three Swedish experiences are the reason guests leave inspired — and want to return.
Archipelago

Lapland
Arctic Northern Lights programmes — dog sledding, a traditional Sámi dinner, an ice hotel stay, and a snowshoe sunrise experience.
Design city

FAQ
What size of incentive groups do you handle?
Comfortable from 8 to 250 in a single programme. For 250–600 we'll split across two anchor venues; for 600+ we'll scope as a hybrid incentive-and-conference programme.
Can you work as a white-label DMC for our incentive house?
Yes — a meaningful share of our incentive work is white-label. We follow your brand, your documents and your client-facing tone.
What's the typical per-winner cost range?
Programmes are quoted per winner against your request — venue, group size, season and ambition all move the number significantly. Rather than publish a misleading average, we'll see your request and come back with a transparent line-item budget within a few working days.
How do you handle on-trip surprise-and-delight?
Every programme carries a discretionary surprise budget agreed with you up front. The experienced lead on the ground triggers it in the moment — a private toast, a helicopter swap-in, a personal note from a local craftsperson — calibrated to your audience.
Is insurance included in your services?
Insurance is not included as part of our standard services or event arrangements. We recommend that all clients and participants have appropriate travel and/or corporate insurance coverage in place before travelling or attending an event. Should additional insurance be required for your programme, we would be happy to assist in arranging suitable coverage through our trusted partners. As part of our quality and risk management procedures, we ensure that all suppliers and partners involved in your programme hold the necessary insurance policies, licenses, and permits required to deliver their services and activities.
