The Stockholm DMC international teams trust with Sweden
Since 1987 we've designed and operated corporate events, incentives and conferences across Sweden for international agencies, US corporate planners and global brands — one experienced lead, end-to-end, from first scoping call to final airport transfer
End-to-end destination management, under one roof
We design and operate the full programme on the ground in Sweden, so your global team only ever sends requests to one experienced lead — and that same lead is with you on site until the last guest is in the car.

- F&B, A/V solutions, branding, talent and production
- 04

Built for the people who plan Sweden from somewhere else
Most requests reach us from a planning team that isn't in Sweden — and that's exactly the gap we fill. We work as a seamless extension of international event agencies, in-house corporate event teams at global brands, and incentive houses sending top performers north for something they can't get at home.

Sweden, end to end — from Stockholm to the Arctic Circle
We run programmes across the whole country, not just the capital. Stockholm and its archipelago for executive retreats and incentives, Gothenburg and the west coast for industry and seafood, Åre and Visby for off-site character, and Swedish Lapland for the once-in-a-career winter trip. Wherever the programme needs to go, the same Stockholm experienced lead travels with it.

FAQ
What does a DMC in Sweden actually do?
A Destination Management Company designs and runs corporate events, incentives and conferences on the ground for international clients. Adventy handles venues, logistics, F&B, A/V solutions, talent and production end-to-end.
How is Adventy different from an international event agency?
Agencies own the client relationship; we own the ground operation in Sweden. Many international agencies use Adventy as their Stockholm DMC partner — we operate as a seamless extension of your team.
What size of programmes do you handle?
From 8-person executive retreats to 2,000-person conferences. Sweet spot is 40–600.
Which cities and regions in Sweden do you cover?
All of Sweden. Most programmes anchor in Stockholm or the Stockholm Archipelago, but we regularly operate in Gothenburg and along the west coast, on Gotland and Visby, in Åre for winter, and across Swedish Lapland including Kiruna, Abisko and the ice hotels. The same experienced lead travels with the programme.
How early should we send our request?
For a 40–150 pax incentive in Stockholm, 4–6 months is comfortable. For Swedish Lapland in peak winter, the right lodges and Sámi partners book 9–12 months out. We've delivered fast-turn programmes in under 8 weeks — earlier requests simply give you more choice on venues.
Do you handle sustainability reporting and Swedish-supplier sourcing?
Yes. Swedish-first supplier sourcing is the default, not an upgrade — local farms, local A/V crews, local guides. We can deliver a per-event sustainability summary covering supplier mix, transport choices, food sourcing and waste, suitable for your internal ESG reporting.
Can you work as a white-label DMC for our agency?
Yes — a meaningful share of our work is white-label for international event agencies. Your client never has to know we exist. We follow your brand, your documents and your client-facing tone, and we'll quietly take the call at 2am on show day so you don't have to.
What does a DMC in Sweden typically cost?
Programmes are quoted per delegate against your request — venue, group size, season and ambition all move the number significantly. Rather than publish a misleading average, we'd rather see your request and come back with a transparent, line-item budget within a few working days.
Is insurance included in your services?
Insurance is not included as part of our standard services or event arrangements. We recommend that all clients and participants have appropriate travel and/or corporate insurance coverage in place before travelling or attending an event. Should additional insurance be required for your programme, we would be happy to assist in arranging suitable coverage through our trusted partners. As part of our quality and risk management procedures, we ensure that all suppliers and partners involved in your programme hold the necessary insurance policies, licenses, and permits required to deliver their services and activities.
