Bring 80 colleagues together in one of Sweden's most unique destinations — arriving by both air and rail from multiple departure points — and design an Arctic programme that strengthens relationships and creates memorable shared experiences.

Arriving in the Arctic
With participants arriving by both air and rail from multiple departure points, the programme required careful travel coordination and timing. Adventy managed transfers, welcomes and onward logistics so the group could regroup smoothly on arrival in Kiruna and step straight into the Arctic experience.
Culture, nature and Sámi heritage
The itinerary was built around the destination's strongest cultural assets — visits anchored in Sámi traditions, encounters with local guides, time in the surrounding wilderness, and curated dining moments that brought the region's character to the table. Every touchpoint was chosen to give participants an authentic sense of place rather than a generic group tour.
Icehotel and signature stays
Accommodation combined comfort with the unmistakable character of the region, including time at the Icehotel — one of Swedish Lapland's most iconic experiences. Restaurant bookings, local guides and supplier management were coordinated end-to-end so the group could focus on each other rather than the logistics behind the scenes.
Inside the ice
Guests stepped into the Icebar's sculpted halls — bricks of crystal-clear Torne river ice lit from within — for a tasting moment that captured the region's craft and theatre in a single room.

Adventy was responsible for the complete planning and delivery of the programme, including travel coordination, accommodation management, transportation, activity planning, restaurant bookings, local guides, supplier management and on-site project leadership.
